By using Cortest you agree to the following. A final, lawyer-approved version will replace this draft before public launch.

Using the service

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload copyrighted material you don't have the right to use, or material that violates the law.
• Don't attempt to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what's necessary to use it as intended.

Your content

You own everything you create in Cortest — decks, cards, notes, and uploads. We get a narrow license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service.

AI-generated content

AI-generated flashcards and explanations may contain errors. Always verify against your source material before relying on them for exams or clinical decisions. We don't warrant the accuracy of AI output.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Refunds are handled case by case within 30 days of charge.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, spam the API, or violate these terms. You can delete your account any time from Settings.
